Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Shrimp, cooked and sliced
  • Rice vermicelli, cooked
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Cucumber, julienned
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Peanut dipping sauce

Steps
