Mexican Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • Corn tortillas
  • Enchilada sauce
  • Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Corn kernels
  • Shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Sour cream for serving

Steps
