Ingredients

  • Quinoa, cooked
  • Avocado, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Red bell pepper, diced
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Lemon vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
